Terms of Service
1 Vehicle fleet
At this time we only have 1 12-passenger vehicle so are limited in the number of students we can transport.
Priority is ALWAYS given to daily riders that have prepaid for a month of rides to AND from school.
CONDUCT
Because this is a 12-passenger vehicle and there is not as much wiggle room as on a regular school bus, it's important to be as kind and respectful to other students and the driver as possible.
Unless a rider is 18, they MUST wear a seat belt in the state of Ohio. The driver relies on the students to buckle themselves in and will not be held responsible if they do not buckle themselves and injury occurs.
AGREEMENT
Expect to read and review with your rider the Terms of Service agreement (will be forthcoming).
Please note that this will include language about our anti-discrimination policy.
ADDED VEHICLE INSURANCE
We added specific commercial "livery" coverage. Similar to a rider for your car when you drive for Uber, this added insurance give extra coverage because we are being paid to transport people and also there may be higher damages should there be an accident.
